Super Pit Putty Organic Deodorant (Patchouli Lemon Clove)
This is our original 'Pit Putty with an added kick! Not only do you get the arrowroot powder to help absorb perspiration, but you get the powerful, earthy scent of patchouli that deodorizes like crazy! Cloves have been chosen for their known anti-bacterial properties against the bacterial strains that cause B.O. and we throw in lemon to freshen up the scent and deodorize. A touch of baking soda gives it another kick, as it raises the pH of your underarm to create an enviornment inhospitable to odor-causing bacteria. We originally had just the Lemon & Clove and it was just called Pit Putty. Then we made this one with the added baking soda and patchouli, so we called it "Super Pit Putty."
Ingredients
Organic arrowroot powder, organic coconut oil, aluminum-free baking soda, organic lemon essential oil, organic clove bud essential oil, organic patchouli essential oil. That's it! No "Bad" Stuff!

Holistically Formulated
We formulated Pit Putty holistically to stop odor at the source. First, by absorbing perspiration (bacteria needs moisture to grow) and second by choosing essential oils and scent extracts that stave off bacterial growth. Lemon, clove, and patchouli essential oils all have been found to have antibacterial properties. The fact that they smell great is a happy coincidence! How do we make it?
It's just six simple ingredients we mix in a big old Hobart mixer we've affectionally named "Bart." We take organic arrowroot powder and mix it with organic extra virgin coconut oil (it smells so good), a less-than 5% concentration of baking soda, a touch of organic clove essential oil, a splash of lemon essential oil, and a dash of patchouli essential oil. (Ok, we weigh all of our ingredients and use standardized formulas every time.) Then we blend it together until it's fully mixed and the right consistency. Then we actually stuff the product down in to its tube by hand (wearing gloves always) and then smooth the top on a tempered glass surface. It can't be poured because the mix is so powdery and it can't be made with big machinery.
It really has a putty-like consistency, that's why we named it Pit Putty! When the batch is done, a member of the "bee" team from the labeling department comes and gets it. They clean the tubes, apply the labels, and add a batch sticker to each tube. Once the batch is ready, we put it in our inventory system and it goes in our warehouse and we ship it to you! We do all of this in our own facility. We don't outsource production or shipping to third-party labs or warehouses. We insist on doing it all.
Directions
NOTE: Product can crumble and requires care when opening and in application.
1. Open container carefully.
2. Extend product only 1/8 inch from top of the tube.
3. Apply 1-2 downward gentle swipes to clean, odor-free skin.
4. Rub into skin until it disappears. (Optional)
5. Re-apply as needed.

I have been using this product for many years. I find that each container lasts almost a year. Of late, there are many non-aluminium deodorants on the national brand market. None is as safe, effective, and lovely smelling as this formula. The scent is gorgeous and subtle that works nicely with my signature parfum, Aromatics Elixir.

Finally.... no rash

Super pit putty
This product is GREAT! I had a painful/angry"rash" from other natural deodorants. I put this putty on as soon as it came in the mail and by the next day the rash was getting better and is now gone! (A week later). Product works great, I don't smell!!

I have tried most other "natural" deodorants and was not happy with any of them. I am a "hippy" so Patchouli is a favorite. This is FABULOUS and works SO well. This is my go to forever. End of Story.

For the Stinkiest and Sweatiest Armpits
I sweat a lot and this is the deodorant that I use when working out and getting really sweaty all day. If you have major sweat and stink then I highly recommend this. The only drawback is that it leaves white residue on clothes, so when I'm wearing clothes for work (business attire) I use the Pit Putty cream in this same scent. But when I work out this is my go to. It is powerful, really the only natural deodorant that will cut through day old armpit stink. I'm just so grateful to Bubble and Bee for creating it because I'd be struggling with stink right now if I hadn't found this.

Healthy
I like these products as they are healthy for my body and do not overwhelm people with the scent like my 15 year son does with his body spray :) Maybe one day he'll switch to these as well :)

Still my "Go-to" even with all the new scents and fomulars
After trying the Pit Putty Organic Deodorant Cream Trial Pack I found that Super Pit Putty and I are just a good fit. I love the mix of Clove and Patchouli scents and it keeps me dry and odor free. I have good results with Jasmint and Spearmint & Tea Tree formulas as well. The added bonus with those too is the minty coolness when worn in the summer! Give them a try and find your favorite, you will be glad you did!

I've been using the Super Pit Putty for about a week now and I have to say it is out performing other natural deodorants I have used. The scent lasts all day even after a workout. No rash. Which is what the last deodorant I used was giving me. It's definitely different, as far as the application is concerned. I apply and then rub in to avoid the crumbles that fall off right after application (there's still a few stragglers but not much). So I have to say it's a winner! Thanks Bubble & Bee!

Excellent Deodorant
It requires one to get familiar with this new way of using a deodorant, but it's well worth the effort. A great product that lasts much longer than regular deodorants and eliminates odor much better.

Good Stuff
A bit challenging when I first opened it - the first level kinda crumbled and got everywhere but I smushed it back into place and within a few uses there is a nice smooth surface that coats really well. Smells really good and seems to keep me smelling good through workouts and crazy work stress.

Ridiculous
After 30 years of using antiperspirant and a few disappointments in natural deodorants, I find a product that lasts all day, sometimes into the next day-I've finally made the break from the aluminum zirconium tetrawhatevers. Ridiculous that it took me so long to find this product. IT WORKS!
