Jasmint Pit Putty Organic Deodorant

I love the fact that, it's organic which is why I would give it 2 stars but, the product is extremely messy. It is difficult to spread and once you do get it to spread, it bunches up into tiny balls of deodorant that, flakes off and creates a mess which stains your bed sheets, ,clothes, and carpets. I'm so disappointed, since I had to buy another deodorant to to replace this product, and deep cleaning tools to clean after the mess the product made in my room. It basically created deodorant flakes everywhere. REPLY FROM BUBBLE & BEE: Thanks for leaving your review! Yes, the Pit Putty Sticks have the potential to crumble or flake, usually if applied too heavily. One to two downward swipes should do the trick--make sure not to apply like a regular deodorant, up and down, up and down, or it will ball up and fall off. You should only need a light layer of powder. The smell of this product is great, but it went on to flaky. It flaked off was after about 10 minutes and left me funky. I didn't want to throw away so I added a little coconut oil which made it creamy and easy to apply. No flakes.

I really like the scent, It smells like gum(: I do have to reapply since otherwise it doesn’t cover me for the Day but I love that it’s clean. I just don’t know how it will hold up during summer. One thing I don’t like is that the container seems defective. When I initially received the package it felt oily everywhere which I figured it was just because of the heat and the transport. But the oils keep leaking at the bottom/twist part and I don’t know why. I tried keeping it in the fridge so the oils would stop leaking, but then I wasn’t able to roll it up. So Im keeping it out in my 72-75 degree home, but I am constantly fighting with that issue.

The jasmint pit putty has a lovely smell. I found it tends to be very powdery when I apply. I like the cream pit putty products and thought I would try the stick deodorant. this one is a little too powdery for me. The lemongrass one that my husband is using is better due to more beeswax in. Try several and you will find one that works for you.

Applies well, smells wonderful, nice natural product, but my husband says that when he takes off his clothes there is white flakey stuff all along his waistband and doesn't want me to get this brand again. Sorry. Reply: Thanks for your review! Only a light layer of powder should be applied with the stick, do take care not to overapply, just 1-2 downward swipes, and no more crumbles. :)

The stick is easy (and cleaner) to apply and has more moisture absorbing ability than the cream version. Jasmint is nice because it not only smells minty, but has a "cooling" effect on my underarms which is refreshing. I live in a warm, humid climate and the oils in the product tend to be more liquid in the summertime. After a week or so of wiping off the outside and bottom of the stick after each use, I've noticed the oiliness has subsided and the product still works just fine. Yes, it can be a little flaky, but I use my fingers to apply those small chunks to my underarms for added moisture-absorbing protection. Overall, love this product!

I was not holding out much hope for this because of the other “all natural and safe” deodorants that I have tried. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Most of the other brands had a horrible or overwhelming scent that still did not cover the smell of body odor. This deodorant smelled really nice, but the best part was it worked! It even held up after I went for my morning jog, which really surprised me. I have ordered there pit putty cream in the past ( love the scent of the wild rose) but have had to reapply it throughout the day. That was not the case with this deodorant. Hopefully they come out with the wild rose scent that I can use during wintertime. Love the jasmine scented deodorant during the hot summer because I feel fresh.

This is my second time ordering the Jasmint deodorant, & I LOVE this stuff. It leaves my underarms feeling fresh for quite awhile after I put it on. At the end of my workday, I can still smell it on myself--not b.o.! The only drawback, which the website explains, is that in higher temps it can be a little tricky to apply.

Out of all the organic/natural deodorants I have used, none of them worked for me until I tried Pit Putty Jasmint! However, I keep a sample size in my purse with baby wipes so I can do a touch up during the day. I highly recommend it!

I love this deodorant and also buy it in the cream formula. It works great and washes off easily.

This is the best stuff I've ever used! I love it and I stock up on it;) I feel comfortable because I know it's natural and safe, and I feel great because the more I sweat, the better I smell!;) Love the minty scent! Highly recommend!

I have been trying to find a natural deodorant for a few years now and all of the ones I have tried left me red and irritated, so I had to discontinue using them after just a few days. This is the first natural deodorant that I have tried and actually does what it says! It does not irritate the skin at all and smells really good! It lasts all day without any bad odors. If I am going to exercise or something, I may reapply it lightly beforehand. I really couldn't be happier with it!

It works really well and I love that it's organic. It also smells good. I like that this company has girly smelling options and not the woodsy ones

If you like the scent of peppermint - I highly recommend this product. You will literally have minty fresh underarms. The solid stick glides easily onto the skin. As the product states, a little goes a long way. Very, very happy with the product.

This product, so far, is amazing! Its very challenging to find a great natural deodorant that actually works (no smell all day) , and doesn't cause a rash, (I have tried a few) . I would highly recommend!

I've bought from this company before and while not blown away, I was impressed. Decided to order the cream, stick and design a spray this time. The smell is very subtle but pleasant. The texture isn't like typical deodorant, and I like the consistency of this product. I paired mine with the cream and 5 hours into my busy work day am still smelling and feeling fresh. This product worked better than my first order many years ago- but I think it is because I picked a smell better suited for me and I paired it with the cream. Overall, this brand works much better than the natural options available in stores and the shipping is reasonably priced. Ordering the lavender vanilla today since it's back in stock.
