    Perfect tester...

Posted by Kelly Anderson on 1st Aug 2017

This was the perfect little size for testing out the cream before a full commitment. I love that you offer the trial sizes on so many things. Loved the cream... so moisturizing and is smoothing out my laugh lines. Keeps my face feeling soft all day. Bought the full size!

    Your face will thank you.

I bought the trial size because I am very picky about what goes on my face and this face cream did not disappoint. It goes on feeling thicker but it dries leaving your skin soft and not greasy. I am very impressed with all of the Bubble and Bee products I have tried so far.

First of all, offering a trial size is genius! I would not have been able to try this had a trial size not been available. So, thank you!! Secondly, the texture of this face cream is amazing... It is by far the most luxurious product I've ever felt on my face and I have tried A LOT! It feels rich, but goes on so perfectly light. :D Your skin feels delightfully drenched with moisture with NO greasy after feel... It feels so right!!! I also felt so good knowing exactly what I was putting on my face and having that be nothing but 100% natural organic ingredients! This has little to no fragrance, which is a huge plus as I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell and it adds to the overall "yeah!" factor of the product! The logo and packaging for bubble & bee organic is ADORABLE and clever too, which adds to the experience and makes me like the company's approach right away! I have always been a fan of cute, fun and/or funny product presentation, so it makes me want their products to work for me even more so I can enjoy that aspect too! Alas, after all of this, it sadly did not work for me. Super disappointing bc I love everything about it. I still intend, however, to try some of their other products, such as body wash and lip balm; which has a fantastic selection and the sample pack is a great option to try the ones I want while saving ;D Yes please! I have surface and cystic adult acne inherited from my mom, who is in her fifties and still battles it. My skin is also sensitive with dry patches >:<. I have been to a dermatologist with no success... So, I decided to try the completely natural and organic approach for my skin care regimen. --- I did oil cleansing followed by the highest grade Manuka honey as a cleanser, then followed that with apple cider vinegar as a toner. This part seemed to do well while I continued to use my proactiv+ hydrater as the last step, but that kind of voids the whole organic approach, so I needed a natural moisturizer to replace it. I tried grape seed oil, then jojoba and my face had an allergic level acneic reaction as it became the worst I have ever seen in my life (I am 29)! So, this cream was the last thing I tried bc I had to go out in public and live my life still, and could not look like that any longer. It was HORRIBLE (entire face covered with blackheads places I never had before, whiteheads and more cystic pimples at one time than ever before- painful and so embarrassing). Given that this wonderful product upset my skin as well, I am apparently destined to remain with my Proactiv+ for the foreseeable future. Thank goodness that works as well as it does for me! It's just as well because the smell of the vinegar on my face was gross and I was beginning to get almost nausiated by the smell of the honey :/. I wanted to try wash and toner from here, but the amount of combinations and possible results are too overwhelming considering what I just went through. It's not worth the risk at this point. I only strayed from Proactiv+ because I worried about the long term effects on my skin and it doesn't work as well as I wished it did, but my skin is just that bad I guess. I also didn't get to the point of even needing to use an official acne product line until I was in my early twenties, so I thought there was still hope that I could go back at some point. Not yet. I got off track, but I just wanted to give a fair explanation as to why it didn't work for me specifically because I want everyone to still try it! Not that my opinion really has an effect on that, but maybe it could help. Since it is offered in trial size, there is nothing to lose... If it does work for you, you will have hit the the jackpot, in my opinion, for all of the reasons above and the fact that it truly is a fantastic value as well!! Good luck! I admire and appreciate this company and what they do even though I don't even have a product I use from them yet! Maybe weird, but that is a pretty impressive feat!! Thank you bubble & bee! :) Peace!

Love the trial size, just a little too thick for me

Posted by mangoladyy on 4th May 2017

I've been trying to switch to natural beauty products so I though I'd give their face cream a try. I really appreciate the trial size--I can't tell you how many times I've bought a full sized product only to have it sit unused. I really liked that there's only 3 ingredients in it, but it was a little too heavy for me to use. It also feels like it just sits on top of my skin instead of being absorbed...I have oily skin so I need light moisturizer. I read some people dilute it with water so I tried the same but it was still too thick for use. A little goes a long way though, I've been using it every night for a couple weeks and I've only used about half. I like it but probably won't purchase again, just because its too heavy for my oily skin.

    Nice, light moisture.

Posted by Ann on 8th Apr 2017

Very nice. Works very well on my dry sensitive skin. Does not leave any shine and absorbs quickly. Scoop out a little bit, wait a couple of seconds for it to soften and then dot all over your face and neck - then gently rub in.

    nice face cream

Posted by Mary on 11th Apr 2016

I tried this face cream once before and thought it difficult to scoop out of the jar, but this time it didn't seem that way, and I liked the feel of it on my face and afterward -- the moisturized feeling lasts all day without feeling oily -- good stuff! I will be purchasing a full size.

    Was feeling hopeful but....

Posted by Rebecca on 25th Nov 2015

I have been searching for the "perfect for me" moisturizer. This product feels good on the skin, but it doesn't "sink in" . It's more of a lay on top of your skin feel. My skin feels soft, but doesn't feel "moisturized". Will use remainder for winter use over my usual moisturizer but sadly will not become my main moisturizing product.

    Simple Face Cream

Posted by Donna Fountaine on 28th Sep 2015

I love the simplicity of this face cream and that it is not scented with essential oils. I find the scent from the shea butter and rosehip seed oil to be very light, but I use mostly non or lightly scented products. I use a very small amount and apply a light layer to both my face and neck and find that it's not greasy at all. My skin looks great after using it (morning and night), and I would highly recommend trying it.

    a bit disappointing

Posted by Mary on 21st Apr 2015

I liked the feel of this moisturizer after applied, but it is not easy to apply. I had to "dig" it out and work at spreading it. I wish it were more creamy and "scoopable" or "dippable" and would spread more easily. I also disliked the "odor." It smells like fish to me. I did like the fact that it comes in a jar so is easy to see how much is left -- just wish it could be applied easier and had a pleasant fragrance.

great, but maybe be careful if you have sensitive skin

Posted by Unknown on 12th Mar 2015

I have very sensitive skin, and this cream was too much for me. It feels amazing while applying , but leaves a greasy look on my face until it absorbs. A while later I have beautiful glowing soft skin... and a few red spots of irritation, or breakouts (which I never get). I suspect the rosehip seed oil, since i can use shea butter and vit E on my face separately with no issues. This didn't work for me, but may work for you! REPLY: Sorry to hear it didn't work for you! It is a highly concentrated product, so you may find success by simply applying less. It can be surprising just how little is needed. Basically what I call a "fingernail-full" amount for your entire face. If your face looks greasy after application, it's probably being over-applied. :)

    hydrating, but greasy

Posted by Unknown on 18th Nov 2014

This cream needs to be warmed in your hand before you can use it. It doesn't go on as easily as I would've liked, I feel like I have to press really hard on my face to spread it. And it is hydrating, but quite greasy until it absorbs in. I have a very dry face but it doesn't absorb quickly. It could work great for others, so I do think it's worth a try.
