You asked for it -- we made it! Winter Pine has been a breakout hit in our Seasonal Pit Perfect scents over the last few months. The works-for-everyone scent was highly-requested in our sensitive formula, and we aim to please! No fancy labels here, just a plain ingredients sticker.

With 10 years of deodorant formulating expertise under our belt, we know that when it comes to underarm rashes, in most cases it's not about the absence or presence of any one particular ingredient -- it's about how the overall formula acts on your skin. We've heard so many stories about how people react even to other brands' "sensitive skin" formulas. That's because other companies will just take out the baking soda and call it a "sensitive" version. We know it's more complicated than that.
Most underarm rashes are caused by moisture and friction. Whether it's friction from the actual deodorant you're using (hello scratchy sticks) or skin-to-skin friction (itchy!), skin becomes irritated, red/dark and raw. That irritation can then progress to topical infections (bacterial or fungal) that can be even harder to control. Keeping underarm skin dry and friction free is the key to keeping it happy!
So, in our sensitive skin deodorants, we added a nice dose of skin-soothing zinc oxide and a good amount of wetness-absorbing organic arrowroot powder. Zinc oxide does a great job of creating a protective barrier on skin and arrowroot powder cuts down on friction and moisture!
The result? A "sensitive skin" deodorant that has been highly requested!

Pine Pit Buddy - more pine sol than pine forest
Bubble and Bee sensitive deodorants are my favorite, effective and gentle. But the new batch of pine scented product was too heavily scented. Felt more like having my nose over a bottle of Pine Sol cleaner rather than the pleasant forest scent I had envisioned. I'm sure that will be remedied in future batches.

An unexpected surprise
I have been a die-hard fan of geranium lime pit putty for years. I still am, but after trying the winter pine batch(because it was on sale), I might have another favorite! I've never needed the sensitive line, but this felt like silk on my skin! I am loving it! The aroma is very mild, almost undetectable. Another review mentioned it being too strong, but I didn't find it so myself. I will add to that statement that I enjoy most essential oils-even the strong ones. Take it for what it's worth!

Works great!
My husband was using the winter pine scented deodorant with baking soda with great success for a while, but then developed a rash from the baking soda. So I bought this deodorant with the same scent but without the baking soda. The rash cleared up and it works great! I hope it can still be a regularly made product since it works so well for him! WINTER PINE PIT BUDDY SENSITIVE DEODORANT CREAM
I was skeptical before buying as other natural deodorants I have tried in the past made my pits break out. When this arrived, it smelled SO good, I couldn't wait to give it a go! I even tested it on a wood cutting & splitting day. This is now my favorite deodorant. I'm only sad that it was a special batch and is currently sold out. Would definitely recommend!

Smell like a southeast forest all day
I am absolutely in love with this deodorant. It smells amazing....like the pine forest in Alabama after an early fall rain. It's not an overpowering small at all. I have purchased MANY sensitive skin deodorants from B&B, and this one is my favorite so far (next being the Super). I'm gonna be super sad when this product goes.
