Rosehip & Vitamin E Certified Organic Face Cream

This is my first time using something that is all natural, so I could just be getting used to the difference in texture, but it feels like I am smearing greasy food on my face. Seems they could add some water and cleansing agent to thin it out and give a fresh feeling. Reply from Bubble & Bee Organic: Thanks for leaving your review! We wanted to keep this certified organic formula as pure and as moisturizing as possible--so we omitted the water (and thus the need for emulsifiers, thickeners, and preservatives.) Consequently, our face cream is a pure butter/oil formula that is used differently from other face creams you might be used to. We recommend applying a toning mist or even just water first to add hydration, then scoop out just a fingernail full of the face cream, rub it between your fingertips, then just pat on the areas of skin needed. You'll end up using way less product and the butter will seal in the hydration from the water or toning mist. :)

I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 only because it is little hard to spread around. It is very thick cream (kind of like icing) but yet is oily which I don't mind. I use it at night as during the day I think it would be too oily. I do think it is very moisturizing so far. I will purchase again.

This face cream has been is a life changer for me. I have only been using it a week and can see the difference. I have adult acne and already my skin is less inflamed, scars are less noticeable. It has also smoothed out wrinkles around my eyes (yes, great as an eye cream too) and neck. I only gave it 4 stars as it is hard to apply. It is very thick so I have to pull on my skin to spread it on. I understand that it is like this due to its being it's purest form, but it's hard to gage how much I am using. Overall though great! I will use only this from now on and will post about it on adult acne related websites.

I really enjoy using this cream. I use it every night and it is very moisturizing. I wish there was a larger container for purchase.

I'm 35 and have combination skin - oily t-zone and dry elsewhere, and I tend to get minor breakouts once or twice a month. I've been using this cream for over a month now and I can honestly say my skin hasn't had a single blemish, so even though it's a heavy cream, it's clearly not bothering my skin! I love this primarily as a night cream - it's super rich and moisturizing. I was hoping I'd be able to use it as a day cream as well but it is too heavy for that in my opinion, and gave my skin too much of a "sheen" and didn't allow for even make-up application. I so wish B&B would develop a lighter cream for day use because it truly is a great product!

This is not the type of cream you buy at a chain store. This is in cream form but glides on like an oil. For some people it may be best to use at night as it can leave a slightly oily sheen. It is a very good moisturizer.

yes this stuff is greasy, but after all it is shea butter. A tiny bit will cover my face. I use it at night after showering and in the morning, if it is not too hot outside. My skin has become baby soft and I make my family touch it! LOL! Diane

I have very dry skin and this is wonderful. A little goes along way. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have tried a number of facial creams over the years and after using this Bubble and Bee cream for the past two years, I never intend to buy a different face cream again. Even though I am in graduate school now an have less discretionary money, I still buy this product. This face cream hydrates wonderfully without making my face feel greasy. PRO TIP: you need less than a pea sized amount for each application.

Wow, I'm kind of surprised about folks saying this is hard to apply. The stuff starts melting the instant you touch it and goes on so easily - and a tiny bit goes so far. I have been using this for several years and love it. I think it's an excellent product and does wonders for my skin. I do think it's a bit shiny/oily/greasy so I put it on at night. It's also awesome for chapped lips. I found out the hard way that I am allergic to beeswax, so I can no longer use B&B's lip balms, but I think maybe this cream works better anyway!

I have been using this face cream for years. I love it. Its the only cream that dont break me out. I use this over a little aloe vera gel. Works fantastic for a 60 year old lady.

I have been on the hunt for a new face cream ever since I found out how many obnoxious chemicals were in my store bought ones. I needed something that would actually soften and replenish my dry and painful skin. I've been using the bubble and bee deodorants for a little while now so it was a no brainer to look at their other products! (I have had wonderful success with their deodorants.. and they smell sooooo good). Thank you so much for all you do! As noted on the face cream a little goes a long way. It's like a whipped yogurt texture but goes on very smooth, with a very light scent. I use it every night!

I am in love with this face cream. The texture is very different to most commercially made products. It is very thick. To the reviewers that had a difficult time applying this cream, I rubbed it between my fingers to liquify it a bit. Then I applied it to my face. It feels oily at first but then melts in to the skin beautifully. I have very oily and acne prone skin and this did not exacerbate my skin issues. People get so used to chemically laden products they forget that natural ingredients can feel very different. I say give this a try!

I like the way this makes my skin feel! I've been using it for a couple of weeks and, like other reviewers stated, a little goes a long way. Very light and I love that it is organic.

I love this product! Don't let the small list of ingredients fool you because the rosehip is one of the highest in vitamins and shea butter is a fantastic moisturizer. You get the best ingredients out there with just what is in this product! So happy Steph is out there doing what she does for us. Thank you!

I've been using this for about 2 weeks now and love the consistency of this product. It has a very light, whipped texture that is very hydrating. A little goes a long way and my skin never feels clogged or heavy when using this product. I can definitely say I love it and will probably never use anything else!

I have been using this product for well over a year now and I really love it. It is great for under make-up! My skin is soft without being greasy and my make-up goes on smooth. I am going on 60 and I think the face cream has helped me have the best skin I can have. Thank you for being Organic too!

This moisturizer is a quality product made with shae butter, vitamin E, and rose hip oil- very pure! I wear this product as a general moisturizer, and I love the fact that I can comfortably wear it under my makeup. With this facial cream, I have never had any problems with breakouts. While using other brands of moisturizers in the past, I have struggled with allergic reactions, itchy skin, and clogged pores. I am very happy to have finally found a moisturizer for my sensitive skin, and I can now relax knowing that there are no questionable ingredients or problems associated with this. I also live in Houston, Texas, so the weather here is very hot. Even so, I have not had problems with my makeup running while using this product.

I'm 55 and have been using the best of the best fave creams snice I was 20. I'm blown away with how most my face feels in the morning after an evening of sleep. In the day I don't feel dry by noon. I love love love this stuff. The packaging is super cute too. I'm going to get it for a friend who has everything (I want to turn her on to this fabulous company).
