Coconut & Lime Lotion Stick

I did not like the smell of this product at all

I have and love the coconut/lime butter and so I decided to order two sticks of this scent. I was soooo ecstatic when I received my order and the first product I went to was the lotion stick. I'm sorry and sad to say but it's not what I was expecting. There is no coconut scent in there which is what made me fall in love with the butter. I put it on and it reminds me of that product - citronella - mosquitoe repellant. It's just flat. No coconut whatsoever!! I thought it was me and had this other person try it and got the same reaction. The scent is just unpleasant. I'm now stuck with two lime/coconut sticks and don't know what to do and the worst part is that I'm sad about it.

I love the fragrance of this coconut lime lotion stick. I love the way it makes my hands feel too -- truly moisturized. It is an unusual form, but it works well and little goes a long way.

As with other reviewers, I was cautious when reading about the unpleasantness of this scent which was described as smelling more like citronella than lime. I purchased it anyway out of curiosity and boy was I wrong. I wanted to use it anyway but just couldn't get past the smell. Eventually tossed it and went back to my old standby scents. Glad I tried it, but wish I could have gotten a refund.

Agree with some of the other comments - had to see for myself how the scent was. Still not entirely sure that I like it, but it isn't as strong as I was worried it would be. Goes on smooth. A nice change from the Raspberry stick (which I am almost out of). Also ordered the unscented, but I definitely prefer some sort of light scent. But I purchase these lotion sticks because it's no muss, no fuss, no goop. Easy to use. And it's organic - so worth it.

My boyfriend loves these lotion sticks. He tends to get a lot of dry skin around the mustache area and it can be itchy. He applies the lotion. Stick on for a couple of days and the dry, itchy, flaky skin goes away. It's great that it's not scented to strongly to affect putting it around the nose. I carry one in my purse and love it also. Great for dry hands and arms.

OMG this is my new favorite! I LOVE it! smells so good, I want to eat it! It smells just like a dessert that my grandmother used to make with macaroons and sherbet Mmmmm... Thank you Stephanie, this is awesome. This is the perfect thing to add to Easter baskets. I use this as a lip balm :) and probably need to order an entire case

I always stock up on these lotion sticks during their winter sale because they are the best you will ever find! These are the only things that work for my face and hands during the winter. This scent smells so fresh and like a big burst of lime. It’s one of my kids’ favorites.

All the hand washing and glove wearing I do in my work day takes an incredible toll on my hands. I also hand wash my dishes, so I had gotten used to rough, dry skin. I made the switch to the foam liquid soap and now use the lotion stick. I cannot get over how soft and smooth my hands feel after the change. I can just toss my lotion stick in my purse and take it with me wherever I go. This would be really easy for trips in a travel bag too. To me, it smells like a slice of Key Lime Pie. Really fresh and clean.

This is a great product for working hands. If you are a mechanic and use hand cleaners, with pumice and orange oil, this will replenish the oils in your skin. The sent is a nice citrus sent and not flowery.

Wonderful moisturizing lotion...great scent, long lasting, and travels well. Took on plane and overseas for first time with no issues. In cooler climates/conditions = no melt mess. If in a hot climate...76+ all day...I'd suggest using a zip lock bag.

I am so glad, that I ordered this product besides couple of negative reviews about "the unpleasant smell", I simply can't believe that someone would not like the fresh, very uplifting aroma of lime. I am addicted now, will always order this quality product. I have so much fun using it, like everything about it. Thank you so much.

I love this lotion. It actually works, smells great, and I don't worry about putting it on before I hold my baby. Even my husband likes it.

I've been using natural deodorant for awhile, but it's a spray and I prefer stick deodorants. This was recommended and I absolutely love it. It smells great all day, and I love that I actually recognize the ingredients. I would recommend to anyone.

Love the portability of this stick. It's very smooth and not greasy or crumbly. It absorbs well. The scent is mainly lime; I don't really smell the coconut. (I don't mind because I love lime, too.) Great, effective product!

I initially thought your lotion sticks were a bit over-priced, but upon using this one, I found that a such a little goes such a long way. I like that it is not heavy or oily, yet leaves my hands feeling smooth and hydrated for a long long time. And I love the fragrance of coconut lime.

This product is very effective and soothing. My granddaughter, who works outdoors a lot (with horses) likes this product especially because she can rub it on her dry, chapped knuckles without getting her palms involved while she is needing to handle leather straps, etc. The price does seem a bit spendy for the quantity, but its size and form are nice for the purse.

I just ordered 10 of these! These lotion sticks are a MUST have especially for Winter! The lotion sticks on your hands through multiple hand washes and isn't too greasy. Best thing I have ever tried, hands down!!! It's also great to keep in your purse for your little one's chapped cheeks. I highly recommend. I have gotten many family members/co-workers addicted to this product. They also make great gifts!! :)

These lotion sticks are the best! You can take them everywhere and they can be used multi-purpose on the hands, lips, etc. This scent is SO comforting and energizing.
