Lavender Vanilla Pit Putty Organic Deodorant

works but it keeps crumbling. It was said to last a year and it just breaks apart and crumbles. love the idea of organic deodorant but it needs to stay together. Pit Putty is a unique product with no chemical binders or stabilizers, so if it does endure a lot of temperature fluctuations it can crumble. To help prevent underarm irritation and to absorb sweat, the coconut oil is saturated with as much powder as possible, so when it goes through a lot of temperature fluctuations, the oil can kind of separate out from the powder, leading to crumbling. It can be fixed and still totally usable. If you warm the product so it's soft and smooshy, you can smoosh it back down in to the tube, cool it, and it will be all nice and solid again. Or, like it's namesake, you can apply it with your fingers, like a putty. : )

This deodorant smells amazing! But it crumbles off of my armpits like crazy, even when I use my fingers to rub it into my pits

I really love this product! It smells amazing and works great! No residue after the day is done. I love the feeling of being fresh and not have to worry about any harsh chemicals entering my body!

I was very skeptical of this deodorant when I bought it since I have used many natural and homemade deodorants only to be disappointed. I sweat & smell easily so even most conventional deodorants do not work for me. I had gotten to the point where I could only use prescription deodorants, and I am well aware of the dangers in them. So I decided to take a risk with this & I am SO glad I did. I have been using this for 2 weeks and I don't sweat or smell, EVER! This has been a huge lifesaver for me & I feel so much healthier using a truly natural product. It is pretty expensive, but worth every cent!

I purchased this product for my boys because they're too young for chemical based deodorants (5 & 7) and they have had quite the smell lately perspiring and it worked better than I imagined!

Was hesitant to get this stuff. Then I kept seeing ALUMINUM and other crazy chemicals in almost all deodorants, not to mention that most deodorant gives me a itchy bumpy rash. To solve those two problems I simply didn't wear deodorant as I didn't have much body odor. Then, as I got older, I realized I could go without deodorant. I got this Lavender Vanilla Pit Putty and the design a spray. I have been using the stick (have yet to use the spray) and I have to say this product is amazing! Despite the hefty price I will be a life long user. You can read every ingredient (and know what it is), it doesn't cause a rash, it kills odor like no other deodorant I have come across and leaves you clean and dry. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only suggestion is some fresh clean ocean scents. It is slightly sweet but already know that the Lemongrass is not for me. I will always use this! Thank you!

I have been using Pitt Putty (and other B&B products) for 8 + years and I love it. Just like Stephanie says it definitely takes some getting used to and your 'transition period' well that's fun! But once you are over that Pitt Putty is awesome. I can sweat and not stink best of all I can reapply and not be sticky like the traditional stuff. Temperature fluctuations do make it softer, harder or crumbly but it doesn't bother me. I love the fact that when my little girls 3 & 6 say 'can I have some on?' I don't have to say no! The Lavender & Vanilla combo is a fresh and feminine smell. Where else can you say my deodorant makes me happy!

I just got this and was quite surprised at how well it works. It does take a little bit to get used to but other than that it is really great. Love the smell!

The first organic deodorant I tried that works great! I still sweat as usual but it doesn't smell anymore especially when I use it with 'Pit Putty Organic Deodorant CREAM. One thing I don't like it that when the weather gets cold, it becomes harder, which is hard to use. But since it's organic and it really works for me, i will keep using it :)

I was so skeptical about purchasing a natural deodorant, but am so happy that I can now rave about this! Vanilla Lavender is hands down the best!! I was a bit wary that something with no garbage chemicals in it could work. But it does! I would prefer just a lavender smell, no additional vanilla.

This deodorant does its job extremely well. I was concerned about using an all natural deodorant but i am happy i ordered this one. I have been trying to replace my old cosmetics and personal care products with organic ones, and I'm not disappointed. Bubble and Bee's products are terrific!
